PEARL App is a digital platform for discovering, publishing, managing, and interacting with listings, services, content, and business/service tools.
Who operates PEARL App?
PEARL App is operated by PEARL APP SRL, CUI 42833600, registered under J40/8733/2020, EUID ROONRC.J40/8733/2020, under Romanian jurisdiction.
Are services provided by PEARL or listing owners?
PEARL provides platform tools. Listing owners are responsible for their own services, prices, schedules, credentials, claims, and customer relationships unless PEARL expressly provides a service directly.
Accounts
How do I create or use an account?
Use the registration and sign-in flows available in the app. During registration, the app records the Terms and Privacy document versions accepted in the selected language.
How can I request account deletion or data export?
Use the available account/support route when implemented or contact PEARL through the confirmed support/privacy route once it is published. Some data may remain where required for legal, payment, security, fraud-prevention, or moderation reasons.
Listings and listing owners
What is a listing owner?
A listing owner is a professional, company, academy, or other account responsible for publishing and managing listing information and the services or content offered through that listing.
Can PEARL restrict or remove listings?
PEARL may review, restrict, suspend, deny, demote, or remove listings that appear misleading, unsafe, illegal, abusive, low quality, or inconsistent with platform rules.
Content, reviews, and reports
What content is not allowed?
Illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, fraudulent, spam, misleading, infringing, privacy-invasive, unsafe, or abusive content is not allowed.
How can I report content or a listing?
Use the available report controls in the app. General reports help PEARL review policy or quality concerns. A legally complete DSA illegal-content notice may require more specific information, such as the exact location and legal or factual reason.
Can I challenge a moderation decision?
Where an appeal or complaint route is available or legally required, affected users or listing owners may challenge a moderation, listing, or account decision. Final routes are pending operational/legal confirmation.
Privacy, cookies, and payments
What privacy rights do I have?
Depending on the situation, GDPR rights can include access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and rights related to automated decisions. PEARL App currently has no public automated-decision functionality.
How do I change cookie choices?
Use the Cookies page or cookie preference center. Cookie consent is separate from Terms and Privacy acceptance.
What payment rules apply?
If PEARL offers paid services, the applicable price, tax, renewal, cancellation, refund, subscription, invoice, and complaint information must be shown in the payment flow and legal documents. Consumer routes such as ANPC/SAL apply only where legally relevant.
Support, accessibility, and current limits
How do I contact PEARL?
Final general support, privacy/legal, DSA, accessibility, and complaint contact routes are pending owner/legal confirmation and must remain draft until confirmed.
Does PEARL App currently provide user-facing AI features?
No. PEARL App currently has no user-facing AI systems, AI avatars, generated-content tools, automated support, or automated-decision functionality.
